N8535R had an incident in 1966 and was repaired by the factory.
Engine and prop replaced. There is no other damage history.

I purchased the aircraft three years ago and have flown it
about 300 hours since then, mostly to and from Destin
	Florida, my mom lives there.

I had cylinder replaced when I bought the aircraft in 2005
due to low compression and just replace another cylinder
this month due to same. The other cylinders are all in
	the low to mid 70's.

The aircraft was disassembled and recovered in 1993. At
that time the interior was replace and many other minor
repairs completed. The aircraft was repainted with
randolph color dope during the recover process.
I have the complete logs and all receipts for work done.

The engine has 1200 since major with a 1700 TBO as
recommended by the manufacture. Currently it is
	running very strong.

The only work that needs to be done in the engine
area is that the mount bushings are due for
	replacement
. This should be done next annual ($250 estimate)

The prop has about 800 hours since overhaul

My mechanic is Mike Murrell 561-385-2987, he
has done the past two annuals.
	Next annual is due 7/2008

Radio is a Narco MK12D nav Com
	Narco Audio panel
	Narco mode C transponder.
	Mitchel single axis auto pilot

All instruments work and are in good condition.
The DG does drift a little quicker than
I would like and is probably in need of overhaul.

The wood and steel structure is in excellent condition
and is currently kept in an air
conditioned hangar. Exterior is a 8 out of 10.
	Interior is a 8 out of 10.

The windshield is in great condition but the
side windows could be replaced. There is light
	crazing on the side windows.
This will be a project for next annual ($750 estimate)

	The engine is a IO-470 - F producing 260 HP
the prop is the Hartzell 2 blade compact B hub.
I usually cruise at 8500 at 2300 RPM and 23 MAP
I flight plan 11.5 GPH and get 145 KT TAS
Fuel on board is 60 gal
Range is 4 hours plus 45 min reserve

	Useful load is 1000 pounds.
640 lbs for people and baggage with full fuel.
