    N118KM was taken on trade for my Bellanca Viking in February 2008
    My plans were to renovate it and us it as a commuter to work.
    Well the renovation is complete except for a fancy new paint
    job. Tho old paint is in good shape, just a little dated looking.


	The airframe has no corrsion and is in really good shape. It has been
	hangared and flown every other week. My plans for a commuter has
	changed and the Thorp needs to go.

	The current engine is a Lycoming O320B2B S/N L-3823-39 and was
	overhauled in 1993. Total time on the engine at time of overhaul
	was 1370. I have all of the yellow tags for engine compontes during
	the overhaul process.

	When I purchased the aircraft, I went through all the systems and
	replaced several items. New Skytech starter, New sealed lead acid
	battery. New exhaust tips. New Microair M760-P. I also added a Gizmo
	panel dock that will hold a Garmin 296, 396, or 496. All interior
	carpeting was removed and replaced.

	The prop is a fixed pitch Aymar-DeMuth and appears to be new.
	I didn't see any log book entry for this prop and really don't think
	it is from the 1993 engine change. I have dynamically balanced the
	prop and it runs pretty smooth.

	Next conditional inspection is due 3/2009, however i will complete
	the inspection with sale of the aircraft.

	I usually cruise at 6500 at 2350 RPM and 23 MAP
	I flight plan 8.5 GPH and get 170 mph IAS
	Fuel on board is 29 gal
	Range is 3 hours plus reserve

	Empty weight is 895 pounds.
	Gross weight is 1500 pounds.

	I need to get $25,000 for the aircraft and it seems to be a really
	good deal at this price. I can deliver the airplane for expenses
	above the purchase price.
